  • Shipping insurance will cover the customer in the event of lost shipments or damage to the product caused in the shipping process.

    A lost package is defined as a parcel that has not been delivered within the following time frames:

    • Australia and New Zealand : 14 days from dispatch date
    • USA, Canada, UK, Germany, France : 30 days from dispatch date
    • Other International Locations : 45 days from dispatch date

    In the event a parcel has not been delivered in the times mentioned above an investigation will be launched with the relevant shipping company. This process usually takes 3-5 business days.

    If the parcel cannot be located, HardTuned will dispatch a full replacement of the order to the customer.

    Shipping insurance does not cover packages that have been GPS tracked to your door or marked as delivered by the courier.  (ie. Lost and Stolen items that have been delivered to your address)

    *Shipping times are an estimate and in the event of a large online promotion, or during Christmas and Black Friday our orders team can get quite backed up due to a massive influx of orders in a short amount of time. If there has been a recent promotion there is a chance that your order may be delayed.

    If for ANY REASON you are unhappy with your purchase we offer a 100% refund on the purchase price if returned within 30 days.

    We also offer a 30 day exchange/replace/partial refund policy on all our clothing, covering any manufacturing faults or problems. It covers things like zips, overlocking, hems, prints, stitching, fabric, embroidery & any damage that occurred during shipping.

    It unfortunately does not cover change of mind, damage from incorrect washing, rolling in oil while working on your car, or general wear caused by doing burnouts or play fighting with your pitbull.
